Southbridge Real Estate Trends

Southbridge is a beautiful residential development located minutes from downtown Savannah, Georgia and demand to live in this neighborhood is growing. We compared sales data for a six month period ending July 2021 with data from the same period from 2020 and found that home prices have risen 19% in Southbridge year over year.

We also took a look at the average price in each of the preceding six month where the news is more encouraging for buyers as some months the price trended upward and other months the average price trended downward. During the last 6 months, the average price of Southbridge Real Estate was highest in May, when it topped $500k. 

Overall, the average home in Southbridge during the previous six months sold for 455,895.  One year ago, the average was $383,365.
