The Savannah Real Estate Market posted 487 home sales in the month of July and the average time to sell was a brisk 52 days, showing a very healthy market. Stats from the Savannah MLS show that the average home was listed at $357,878 and sold at $355,046. We know we are in a healthy real estate market when home sellers are getting 99% of their asking price.
The most desired area, of course, is the Savannah Historic District. In July, 26 homes sold at an average of $677,438. The outliers were the least expensive sale at $200,688 and the most expensive sale of $2,000,000.
